BASIC SERVICE
   Work may be submitted by e-mail or via a virus-checked disc using Royal Mail.  A telephone contact number or e-mail address must be supplied.  Please remember to include your return address if using Royal Mail.

   A cost estimate will be given in advance.  Work will not commence until the cost is agreed.

   We will undertake to revise and return all work within five (5) working days of the cost being agreed.

   Within this five (5) day period, you must send your payment.  Due to previous experience, work will not be released until payment has been received.  We cannot do work "on account".

   Your work will be returned by e-mail or first class post.  Courier or recorded delivery may be used upon request for an additional charge.

   If you are resident at the University of Hertfordshire, work may be delivered to the University at a prearranged place and time.  Payment may then be made upon delivery.

EMERGENCY SERVICE

In an emergency we can proof-read and return your work within 12 hours.  Please refer to the price list for further information.  Note, this service is totally dependent on workload and we reserve the right to refuse work.
