Under no circumstances will Student Services be liable for the content of your essay nor the level of mark obtained through using our services.
Although we undertake to proof read and return your work within five (5) working days of agreement of a cost estimate, Student Services will not be liable for late return of work due to Acts of God, network failure, postal strikes or similar occurrences. We suggest that you keep a copy of all work submitted. It is the student's sole responsibility to ensure that adequate time is left for submission of essays.
Completed work will not be returned until payment is received in full. Student Services accepts no liability for late submission of work to your University due to non-payment.
Student Services reserves the right to reject any work whatsoever.
At no time will Student Services disclose your name, nor distribute your work, to any other person. Student Services does however reserve the right to forward work received of an abusive, racist of defamatory nature to the relevant service provider and/or University.
Student Services use only the latest virus shield technology. However, we accept no liability whatsoever for virus infection either via e-mail or disc. Similarly, Student Services will hold Users liable in full for loss or damage caused due to virus infected submissions through the negligence or recklessness of the user.
